A Little Bit About Me
I developed a passion for fitness and lifting weights at the start of my college years. I very quickly fell in love with not only working out, but the research behind it. I have since dedicated countless hours in the gym and online accruing the latest insights on how we can get the most out of our training. I have seen the tangible benefits of a well thought out workout and nutrition plan in my own life, and I look forward to sharing what I learned with you.
